[Closed; RO OC losers waking up together again]

The bed beneath him had never been this comfortable. At best, he remembered a vague feeling of his head resting on a lap, perhaps in another life, another distant time...

But as he opened his eyes, vision blurred and head feeling weighed by something akin to alcohol or maybe just waking up to a Savage on his head again (don't ask), he let go of what he knew no longer was. His previous life didn't matter to him, Kain thought impatiently, wanting the fever dream to rush away so he could fall back to sleep. He failed to notice the humming of the room, how sensitive the clothing on his skin felt - how light it carried itself along his limbs.

Warm bed, his mind added. Literally all that matters.

Damian looks a little delighted about this. It's good, of course, that Kain hadn't smacked into solid wall, or fried, or anything like that, although Damian had been reasonably certain none of that would happen. He's mostly pleased for the chance to surprise an assassin cross. Those don't really come along that often.

"Blue means it's accessible," he says brightly, stepping through after him. "But I wouldn't recommend trying that on any red or yellow doors you see."

And with his little lesson given, he starts forward, headed for... for what he hopes will be an elevator. He'd watched a few clips explaining elevators, though, and what else could that wide, blue-lit door be at the end of the hallway they're in? Either way, he expects Kain to follow.

He's caught up short, and heaves a little sigh for it, but doesn't otherwise object. Caution is so time consuming, jeez. But he falls into step with Kain without complaint, at least.

The light approaches, and right on cue, Damian considers his next train of thought up for vocal consideration: "You know, it looks like they have really interesting food here. I hardly saw anything that looked familiar. Do you want to try pancakes?"
